Trophies
- Awards Procedure
If you think
you may be eligible for one of the Trophies listed on the previous page,
then you must inform the Membership Secretary, by 30th November of the
qualifying year, and provide the fullest possible information about your
journey.
In particular you will need to
provide evidence to prove:
- journey details
- money passed onto charities
When these have been verified,
the trophy sub-committee will award the trophies prior to the annual dinner. Winners will receive their trophies at
the presentation following the dinner.
